Micah was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He attended college at Georgetown University where he played Division I Football for the Hoyas. In 2025, Micah was selected as a 30 Under 30 Honoree by the National Association of REALTORS®!

 

 

I always tell people I fell into real estate. But I stayed because I found something I genuinely love!

I grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, finding my way to Logan Circle where I now live with my wife. After I finished playing Division I football at Georgetown University, I worked part-time with HRL Partners as an intern—just looking to learn and earn a little experience. Within a few months, I knew this was more than just a job. I got my licenses in all three jurisdictions and never looked back.

That was 2017. By 2019, I became the operations manager. In 2023, a partner. And in 2025, HRLS Partners was born. In addition, I was honored as a 30 Under 30 Realtor by the National Association of Realtors!

What hooked me wasn’t just the pace—it was the people. From day one, I was sitting across from CEOs, diplomats, professional athletes—helping them navigate what’s often the biggest financial decision of their lives. There aren’t many industries where you get that level of access and responsibility so early on.

Every day is different. One phone call can shift your whole day—and that keeps me sharp, keeps me moving. We believe in fit minds, fit bodies, fit business. That energy is what fuels our team.
